LandscapingCompanyTampa.com is a referral service run by CJP Services LLC, a Florida company. It is not a landscaping contractor, designer or landscape architect. It does not quote, price, schedule or do any landscaping work.
The site publishes guides to landscape design, sod, pavers, lighting and Florida-friendly yards, plus a yard render tool, so you know what to expect before you hire anyone. Everything you need to get started is on these pages.
How a referral works
Calling or sending the form is all it takes. The request goes to one independent local landscaping company. That company decides whether to take the job. It quotes the job, sets the price and the schedule, and does the work. You and the company agree on the work, and you pay the company directly.
The company pays this site for referrals. You pay this site nothing. The company is independent and is not owned or run by this site.
What happens when you call
The line plays a recorded notice first. Today calls go to a message line, and a local company calls you back, usually the same business day. Leave your name, number and a short description of the job, including the address or the city, and that is it.
What happens when you send the form
The form goes to the company that handles requests for this site. It is not added to a marketing list, and this site does not sell your data. The form asks for your name, phone, the service and your ZIP code, plus a short message if you choose to write one.
The yard render tool is separate. A photo you upload is shrunk in your browser and sent to Google's Gemini model to draw the example, and this site does not store the photo. The new picture is held for up to 2 hours; if you send it with a request, it goes to the company and is kept for 30 days.

About the cost figures
Cost figures are typical ranges, not quotes. The cost guide has the full tables. Local rules, such as watering days and fertilizer limits, were checked against county, city, state and UF/IFAS pages in October 2026. They change, so check with your local government for your address.
